This site is a static website. It does not require an account to read. It does not store your data on a server.

What I collect

Newsletter email. If you subscribe to The Sunday Cellar, I receive the email address you provide and your IP address (from your email client). I use that email only to send the newsletter and never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe via the link in every email.

Analytics. This site uses privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or Cloudflare Analytics โ€” both GDPR-compliant, no cookies, no personal identifiers) to count page views. I see what page was read, not who you are.

Affiliate links. Booking platforms and retailers may set their own cookies when you click through. I do not control those cookies. See their privacy pages for details.

What I never collect

I do not run third-party advertising networks. I do not run tracking pixels from social media platforms. I do not collect names, postal addresses, or financial information.

Children’s privacy

This site is written for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
